Warranty and Returns

Absolutely no returns or refunds on custom parts, engines, powdercoated parts, or anything else that is made to order, regardless of circumstance or situation. Any “off the shelf” parts such as clutches, air filters, batteries, etc. are subject to a 20% restocking fee at JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC discretion. No returns on installed items unless approved by JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC.

Affirm credit: Purchases made with Affirm will not be able to get full refund due to Affirm keeping their fee on refunds. This Affirm fee will be deducted from the total refund.

JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC, warrants to the original purchaser of it’s products that:

For a period of one year from the date of receipt and acceptance by the buyer, the item will be free from defects in material or workmanship.

All items must be returned to JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC for warranty consideration.

JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC agrees to either replace, or at it’s option, repair or refund the purchase price of any defective product upon inspection by an authorized representative of JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC. Transportation charges for the return of alleged defective product will be paid by JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC. at their discretion depending on the situation and only if returned in strict accordance with written instructions from JMB Performance and Powdercoat, LLC.

JMB Performance and Powdercaot, LLC will pay transportation charges for shipment of repaired or replaced product to the buyer, but will not be responsible for providing the cost of labor for removal or installation of the alleged defective product.

This warranty is limited to the above conditioned and does not cover the following:
Damage or loss in transit and indicated by the bill of lading; Damage or loss caused by fire or other acts of God; Damage or loss caused by neglect, abuse, vandalism, modification, or improper installation and/or tuning.
